Panda Forge creates original board and card games with twisted mechanics, charming art, and 100% panda-powered production.
Quality-first tabletop and card games, brewed slowly by a few dedicated pandas.
We craft physical games with care, creativity, and just the right amount of chaos.

We're not a factory. We're a forge. We shape ideas into games the artisan way.
It all began in Australia, where Alex (The Creative Panda) and Val (The Tech Panda) crossed paths.
They
bonded over the same passions, and before long their friendship turned into a joint craftmanship.
The crafty duo started tossing around game ideas they thought no one would ever care about.
Most were a mess... until one sparked and turn into a lightbulb moment; What if they turned their
rocky
friendship into a game experience?
That spark became The Cemetery Game.
Since 2018, the game has grown and so did they. Under the Lazy Panda Entertainment banner, They met
Agni
Sen (now The Art Panda), who quickly joined their adventure. Together, they took the leap and landed
on
Kickstarter, what they found
was plenty of people that shared their love for The Cemetery Game.
Their mix of skills: advertising, marketing, analytics, design, tech, and a stubborn entrepreneurial
spirit, proved the perfect recipe for success.
They have now packed up the failures, carried forward the lessons, and doubled down on what they
love:
making games
with heart, humor, and zero shallow AI art. Though they do let a bit of AI fix their broken English
now
and then.
Along the way, they teamed up with other panda-minded people and the result is Panda
Forge. A small but fierce game studio built on passion, community, and a love for
games.
Today Alex roams the world, still unsure where he truly belongs. Val, on the other hand, loves it
too
much
down under to even think about leaving for a holiday. Together with their new panda-buddies, they
keep
building ideas and trying to make a buck selling games.
We thought it was only fair to turn this clunky, high-octane adventure into something more concrete.
Today, joined by our Sales Panda and Support Panda, we're taking it to
the
world.
We design, publish, and sell our own games and we can help you do the same.
We're like-minded people chasing the thrill of creation, and we'd love to see more indie voices rise in
a world full of giants. Craftsmanship is rare these days, and we believe that more high-quality,
independent games should be designed down under.
We know success isn't easy to repeat, but if a game is built with passion, players will feel it. That's
what makes success follow.
The skills to succeed aren't easy to find either. Val has worked as a tech guy for publishers,
advertisers, and marketing companies. Alex has years of experience growing businesses and building
ideas from the ground up.

We would love to talk about your game, help you refine it or just play it before anybody else; we are
still
nerds afterall!
